تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام المنصة وخدمات تأجير المركبات. إتمام الحجز أو استخدام الخدمة يعني الموافقة عليها.

1) الأهلية والوثائق

• رخصة قيادة سارية وهوية صحيحة مطلوبة.
• يجوز رفض الحجز عند نقص المستندات أو عدم استيفاء الشروط.

2) الحجز والأسعار

• الحجز لا يعد نهائيًا إلا بعد التأكيد من النظام.
• قد تطبق رسوم إضافية للخدمات الاختيارية أو التسليم الخاص.

3) الدفع والوديعة

• تُطبق وسائل الدفع المتاحة في النظام.
• يجوز طلب وديعة تأمين واستقطاع أي مبالغ مستحقة نظامًا.

4) الاستخدام والحوادث والمخالفات

• يحظر أي استخدام مخالف للقانون أو لسلامة المركبة.
• المستأجر مسؤول عن المخالفات والغرامات خلال مدة الإيجار.
• يجب الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث والأعطال وتقديم المستندات.

5) الإلغاء والاسترداد

تخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاسترداد لسياسة الإلغاء المعروضة وقت الحجز.

6) دور المنصة ومسؤوليات شركة التأجير

• في الحجوزات التي تتم عبر شركات/معارض، تتحمل شركة التأجير مسؤولية التحقق من بيانات المستأجر والعقود والضمانات.
• قد تعمل المنصة كقناة وسيطة لإدارة الطلبات ولا تتحمل الالتزامات المباشرة خارج ما ينص عليه القانون أو العقد.
• تحتفظ المنصة بحق عرض بيانات المركبات والعروض لأغراض التسويق داخل النظام.

7) تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه

يجوز تعليق أو إيقاف الحساب مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا عند إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة الشروط أو وجود مخاطر تشغيلية/قانونية.

8) المسؤولية وحدودها

لا تسري حدود المسؤولية على الحقوق الإلزامية التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها وفق القانون.

9) القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المحلي واجب التطبيق في جهة تشغيل الخدمة، وتختص المحاكم المختصة بالفصل في النزاعات ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك كتابة.

10) قابلية الفصل والتحديث

إذا تبين بطلان بند معين تبقى بقية البنود سارية. وتُطبق النسخة الأحدث المنشورة من هذه الشروط من تاريخ نشرها.

These terms govern use of the platform and vehicle-rental services. Using the service or completing a booking indicates acceptance.

1) Eligibility and Documents

• A valid driving license and identification are required.
• Bookings may be rejected where documents are insufficient.

2) Booking and Pricing

• Bookings are final only after system confirmation.
• Additional charges may apply for optional services and special delivery.

3) Payment and Deposit

• Accepted payment methods are those provided in the system.
• A security deposit may be required and lawful deductions may apply.

4) Use, Incidents, and Fines

• Unlawful or unsafe use of the vehicle is prohibited.
• The renter is responsible for fines/penalties during the rental period.
• Accidents/breakdowns must be reported immediately with required documents.

5) Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking time.

6) Platform Role and Rental-Company Responsibility

• For bookings fulfilled by rental vendors, the rental company is responsible for renter verification, contract completion, and guarantees.
• The platform may act as an intermediary booking channel and is not liable beyond statutory/contractual scope.
• The platform may display vehicle/listing data for in-platform promotion and marketing.

7) Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse, policy breaches, or legal/operational risk.

8) Liability Limits

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

9) Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the service operating jurisdiction. Competent local courts handle disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10) Severability and Updates

If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force. The latest published version of these terms applies from its publication date.
